Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Luminous Cloud's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

Luminous Cloud provides consulting services including:

• Salesforce solutions and integration
• MuleSoft integration services
• Google Cloud Platform data, AI and agentic architecture
• Enterprise architecture, integration strategy and data governance

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Timely communication and feedback
• Ensuring access to necessary systems and resources
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. Both parties agree to protect confidential information disclosed during the course of our engagement.

Limitation of Liability

Luminous Cloud's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Intellectual Property

All work products developed specifically for clients remain the property of the client. General methodologies, tools, and know-how remain the property of Luminous Cloud.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in the service agreement. All confidentiality obligations survive termination.
